Football Game Recap: Caldwell County Comes Up Short

Caldwell County High School's football team lost to Todd County Central on Friday night, 28-21.

The Tigers trailed 14-0 at halftime, but they rallied to tie the game in the third quarter. However, Todd County Central scored the go-ahead touchdown in the fourth quarter to win the game.

Caldwell County was led by quarterback Caden Hurt, who threw for 200 yards and two touchdowns.

Running back Jaheim Oatis rushed for 100 yards and a touchdown. Receiver Kooper Thomas had six catches for 120 yards and a touchdown.

Todd County Central was led by quarterback Isaac Martin, who threw for 150 yards and two touchdowns. Running back Kaden Carr rushed for 100 yards and a touchdown.

Overall, this was a disappointing loss for Caldwell County, but they still have a chance to make the playoffs. They will need to win their final two games of the regular season.
